Can I return or exchange my shoes?
Because the store is closing all sales now become final. We will endeavor to our best ability to ensure that you receive the correct size. Please feel free to call with any questions. How can I pay for my shoes? We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Purchases paid by check usually will not be shipped until the funds have been verified. They should be made payable to Eleven Up, Inc., 12 West 57th Street, Suite 1005, New York, NY 10019. When will my shoes be shipped? Your order will be shipped within 2 business days, unless the item is out of stock. In that case you will be notified within 24 hours and advised when the item can be shipped. You will not be charged until the item is ready to ship. Do you ship internationally? Yes. Currently we ship everywhere except Canada. Delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination. Packages to western Europe usually arrive within 5 business days. elleven up cannot assume responsibility for duties and tariffs imposed by your country. Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax applies only to residents of New York State, at the current rate of 8.375%. Is it safe to use my credit card online? Every precaution has been taken to make your transaction secure.
